Girl Paddlers FAQ

What is Girl Paddler’s return policy? Each of our products are made to order, and so please make sure you order the right size, color and style! We are able to replace merchandise that are broken, damaged or a manufacturing error. Please email us within 30 days of delivery at help@girlpaddlers.com so we can help!  What about shipping?
  • Standard shipping rates will apply. Express shipping is available for some products. 
  • The shipping time will vary by product. You will receive tracking information for each item upon receipt of your order. 
  • At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the US and Canada.
  • We are able to ship most items to military addresses. All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS.
  • Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days. Specific delivery estimates provided by USPS can be found here.
Please note: It is to be expected that the tracking stops showing updates once the order reaches the applicable APO, FPO, or DPO hub. However, the order is continuing its journey. When will I receive my order?
  • Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.
What do I do if I never received my order? How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
  • In most instances, you are able to change your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email us at help@girlpaddlers.com 
Where are you located?
  • We are US based, out of Virginia Beach, VA 
How do I make sure I order the right size?
  • There are sizing charts on most of our products. 
Why did I receive multiple packages?
  • As we use specialty printers for each of our products, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
